Lee Ballin is the Head of Business Development for Sustainability at BloombergNEF (BNEF), Bloomberg’s primary research group focused on industry-transforming trends and technologies driving a cleaner, more competitive future. Prior to this role, Lee was a founding member of Bloomberg’s Sustainable Business & Finance team. For over 10 years Lee worked on integrating sustainability considerations into the company’s operations while co-developing products and services for the Bloomberg Terminal and Bloomberg Media Lee is a member of numerous industry working groups. He holds a bachelor's degree in business logistics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Shaheen Contractor is an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Research Analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, a platform that provides research on industries, companies, government, litigation and the economy, available on the Bloomberg Professional Services at BI. Her research efforts include analyzing the performance of ESG Indexes and funds, material ESG risks and opportunities, the impacts from a low carbon transition, and company performance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Mrs. Contractor has a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Symbiosis International University.

Specializing in equity valuations, portfolio and risk analysis, environmental social governance (ESG) data, and idea generation, Bob identifies clients' needs and incorporates Bloomberg solutions that help facilitate portfolio management decisions, research, and trade execution. Starting in 1991, Bob has held roles in sales and sales management for the Bloomberg core product offering. Prior to Bloomberg, Bob worked in the treasury department of Goldman Sachs & Co and holds a BBA from Villanova University.
