NL & Nordics Regulatory Data Roadmap 2021

The regulatory environment for Nordic firms continues to gain in complexity, from IFR/IFD and FRTB to mounting business pressures and scrutiny around credit and counterparty risk. The list is too long for firms to handle each requirement in isolation and the local regulators such as the AFM, Finansinspektionen and Finanstilsynet underline that banks and insurers must continue to factor in economic uncertainty in relation to COVID-19.

Join Bloomberg's risk and regulatory data team for a regional session in which our experts will outline our roadmap and discuss best practices for tackling regulations using a strategic, data-driven approach. The session will be interactive and conclude with a Q&A.

Discussion Topics

  • Market Risk Regulations (FRTB, IFR)
  • Credit & Counterparty Risk (DRSK, MIPD, Sanctions..)
  • Benchmark Regulations (Libor fallback, EU BMR)
  • Brexit (UK Mifid)
  • Accounting IFRS 9 (SPPI,ECL)
  • New Products (CSDR, SRDII, Spanish Transaction Tax)
