John has been the Managing Director of North America for Trendrating since 2015. He has spent 25 years growing early stage fintech companies. In 1995 he co-founded TRIAD, the equities IOI management system which was one of the first commercially available FIX engines, later acquired by Reuters. John was also President and COO of Javelin Technologies, a global provider of FIX Protocol technology. He then served as VP of Corporate Strategy for Vhayu, a market data analytics platform acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2009. He holds a B.A. in English from Fairfield University.

Over the past 20 years, John Shelburne has accumulated a global experience within the fixed income industry while working for industry leaders in London, New York, San Francisco and Dallas. His passion for technology combined with a deep knowledge of US and European fixed income markets fuels his promotion for the electronification of the bond market. Mr. Shelburne serves as a Sales and Awareness advisor to Katana Labs Ltd, which provides machine learning relative value models to the fixed income institutional investment community (2020). Mr. Shelburne also serves as a CEO/Founder of CatFIX Technology, Inc., which provides FIX protocol and fixed income marketing consulting to regional banks (2019). Previously, Mr. Shelburne served as an implementation specialist for Algomi Ltd (2014 - 2019), USD IG & HY credit salesperson (voice and electronic) for several firms in the DFW area (2010 - 2014). He also had several roles in the transactional products group for Bloomberg L.P. (2000 - 2010). Mr. Shelburne has a B.S. from Texas Christian University(1999).

Prior to joining the App Portal and Terminal Connect team, Jon spent 10 years as part of Bloomberg's real-time data feed business managing B-Pipe implementations at many of Bloomberg's major clients.

Michael King oversees Bloomberg's App Portal and Terminal Connect suite of products. In this role, he is responsible for the execution of the product strategy including product development, sales, marketing, operations, and support. Prior to managing the App Portal Platform, Michael was the America's head of Technical Account Management in Bloomberg's Enterprise Data Group. In that role his team was responsible for the delivery of solutions design, integration and adoption of Bloomberg's Real Time data products post contract. King was responsible for the book of business within the US, Canada, and Latin America regions. Before joining Bloomberg in 2007, Michael had an extensive career in Technology Management roles at Credit Suisse, XL Capital, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Ernst & Young and Unilever.
