Taylor Riggs, CFA, co-hosts Bloomberg Television’s daily afternoon programming from 2pm-5pm ET. Riggs is also an on-air reporter for Bloomberg TV and Radio, covering general news and bonds, equity and currency markets. She was previously an editor for Bloomberg Brief: Municipal Market, a daily print publication covering municipal debt. Before joining Bloomberg LP, she was a markets reporter for The Bond Buyer, a daily print trade publication covering municipal bond buy-side investors and sell-side analysts. Riggs received her BS in communication studies and BA in journalism from New York University. She is a CFA Charterholder. She is currently earning an MS in finance at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.

Jim Covello is co-head of single name research and co-chair of the Micro Research Operating Group. He is also region head of Americas Equity Research, responsible for overseeing product development and investment processes for the department, as well as all people-related matters. Jim is a member of the Global Investment Research Client and Business Standards Committee. Jim has served as the director of Americas Equity Research since 2015. Prior to that, he covered the Semiconductor Devices and Semiconductor Capital Equipment sectors and was the Americas Technology, Media and Telecommunications Equity Research business unit leader. Jim became the lead Semiconductor Capital Equipment analyst in 2001 and assumed coverage of the Semiconductor Devices sector in 2005. Jim joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 and was named managing director in 2004 and partner in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Jim worked in the Investment Banking divisions of SG Cowen and Smith Barney. Jim earned a BA from Georgetown University, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar.
