Jose Bogas

Born in Madrid in 1955. Industrial Engineer (ICAI,1978). José Bogas is CEO of Endesa S.A. and Iberia Country Manager of the Enel Group. In addition, he is Chairman of Enel Green Power España S.L., Director of the Operator of the Iberian Energy Market-Polo Español S.A. and Director of Enel Iberia S.R.L. Lastly, he is a member of the Board of Trustees and Vice President of the Endesa Foundation. He has been with Endesa for 39 years and from his current position, he is promoting Endesa´s transformation to maintain leadership in the electricity sector in Spain by deploying a strategic plan based on a clear commitment to renewable energy, digitalization and the electrification of demand and energy efficiency. He actively participates in associations and institutions related to the Energy sector (member of the Board of Directors of AELEC, Trustee of Funseam and Honorary Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Energy Club), as well as collaborating in associations and institutions of various kinds: he is a member of the Governing Board of APD, a patron of the Seres Foundation, the Integra Foundation, the Teatro Real Foundation, the ProCnic Foundation and AGFITEL. He is a member of the Spanish Council of INSEAD Business School and of the International Business Policy Advisory Council of the San Telmo International Institute. Furthermore, he was awarded the Javier Benjumea Prize in its 16th anniversary celebration (ICAI, 2010).

Josu Jon Imaz San Miguel has been Repsol's Chief Executive Officer since April 2014. Under his leadership, Repsol has accelerated its decarbonization process, becoming one of the leaders in the energy transition in Spain and the first oil and gas company to commit to reaching net zero emissions by 2050. He has led the company's transformation process towards becoming a multi-energy company, improving efficiency and asset portfolio management as the core pillars of the strategy, aiming to turn Repsol into a leaner and more competitive company that is capable of making the most of its integrated business model in terms of performance.

Javier Pano

Javier Pano born in Barcelona in 1962 has been Chief Financial Officer at CaixaBank since July 2014 and member of CaixaBank’s Management Committee since October 2013. As CFO he chairs the ALCO and is responsible for Investor Relations. He obtained a Business Management Degree and earned an MBA from ESADE in 1985. Additionally, he has been serving as board member at Portuguese Banco BPI, S.A. since 2017, where he is also member of its Risk Committee. Besides, since June 2018 he has been board member at Cecabank, S.A., where he is also member of its Nominations Committee. He joined “la Caixa” group in 1993, where he has performed several positions. From 1993 to 1996, he worked at Caixabank Spain in the Asset Management Division as Chief Investment Officer. Following that, he spent the next eight years at InverCaixa Asset Management in Madrid, again as CIO for fixed income and equity portfolios. In 2004 he was appointed Head of Treasury and Capital Markets at Caixabank and in 2013 he was appointed member of its Management Committee.

Maria Tadeo is a Brussels-based reporter for Bloomberg Television where she regularly reports on the continent’s politics and economy. She covered the Catalan independence crisis in-depth in 2017, the European elections and the Brexit negotiations from Brussels. She has also covered international events such as the G-7 and the European Central Bank monetary policy decisions. She also covered the Spanish and Greek general elections as part of the broader shift in European politics and followed the Italian government crisis securing an interview with Matteo Salvini. Reporting from the field across Europe, she has also landed interviews with top ranking European officials including French Finance Minister Bruno le Maire, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and European Central Bank governing council member Olli Rehn among others. Previously, Maria was based in Bloomberg’s London headquarters and the Madrid bureau. She graduated with a first class degree in journalism from City University London and received a scholarship from Banco Santander to complete a master’s degree in financial journalism. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
