Nadia Humphreys
Co-Rapporteur Platform for Sustainable Finance, EU Commission and Sustainable Finance Manager

Nadia’s role is to inform Bloomberg’s sustainable finance business on ESG regulatory requirements for the financial industry in Europe and the UK. She also serves as a co-rapporteur on the European Commission’s Technical Expert Group for Sustainable Finance and a member of the Green Technical Advisory Group for HMT UK. Nadia also supported the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission’s Technical Expert Group for climate related product disclosure and sits on the International Regulatory Strategy Group’s ESG workstream. Nadia was previously the Global Head of Entity Services, supporting regulatory product development for Bloomberg's Entity Exchange platform. She is a keen advocate for Women in FinTech and sat on Bloomberg’s EMEA Diversity Council. Nadia is also an ICMA mentor and coach under the 10,000 small businesses initiative. Prior to Bloomberg, Nadia worked at both JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, in a number of senior positions. Nadia is on the advisory board of Blockchain & Climate Institute. She holds a Bachelors degree, with honours, in Business from Bath University, a Licentiate in Homeopathy and is a Fellow of the Victoria College of Drama.

Ovo Gharoro is a multi-award-winning data and change professional with over 14 years’ experience. He is the incoming Chief Data Officer for Gett and the outgoing head of investment data solutions for M&G. He led the sourcing and implementing of ESG data solutions across various investment functions. He has held a number of senior data roles over the last ten years in M&G and Prudential. Ovo was named Rising Star in Finance Services in 2018 by the Black British Business Awards. In 2015 he successfully delivered the first Solvency II project in the world. Ovo started his career as a consultant at Deloitte before moving into the insurance & asset management industry.

Glen has spent the last 20 years with Bloomberg in various data analyst, sales and product development roles and has helped launch Data Management Services products.

Jonathan is a Sales Specialist for Bloomberg Data Management Services and works with clients to help them lower data TCO by onboarding and managing their Bloomberg and third-party vendor data feeds. Jonathan joined Bloomberg in February 2020 and has worked in the data management space throughout his career, spanning various roles across the financial services industry at vendors and service providers including Thomson Reuters and RIMES. ESG has been a major priority for financial firms over the past year and Bloomberg Data Management Services has been helping clients handle the unique data management challenges of using ESG data from multiple providers.
