Natasha Sibley is a Fund Manager in the Multi-Strategy team at Janus Henderson, position she has held since 2013. Natasha focusses on derivatives trading strategies including convertible bond arbitrage, volatility, dispersion and correlation opportunities. Over the past 5 years Natasha has increasingly focused on pricing distortions in the delta one markets, namely dividends and equity repo. Natasha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics as well as a MMath mathematics degree from the University of Oxford. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Investment Management Certificate.

Zubin Ramdarshan was appointed Head of Equity and Index Product Design in 2016. Zubin has over twenty years’ experience of vanilla and light-exotic derivatives, both OTC and listed exchange products. He joined Eurex from financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald where he was a managing director for the European ETF business. Previously, he spent five years at Jefferies as a managing director and Head of Equity Derivative Trading in London, and prior to that, he held senior level roles at Macquarie Bank and Bear Stearns. Zubin began his career at Deutsche Bank in 1998. Zubin Ramdarshan received a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from The London School of Economics.

Andreas Schmidt has been with Bloomberg since 2013 and is part of their specialist team focusing on equity derivatives. His role is to support clients with technical details around Bloomberg’s equity derivatives product offering, be this on and off terminal functionality, or specific data. Andreas works alongside product managers in order to help prioritizing product updates or new builds depending on client demand as well as Bloomberg’s client relationship teams. Prior to having joined Bloomberg as an equity derivatives specialist, he spent over 20 years in the equity derivatives markets and has been a flow trader most of his career, but moved into sales covering institutional clients in the German speaking region.

Javier Manso Polo

Javier Manso joined Bloomberg in January 2019 and is part of a specialist team focusing on dividends within the EMEA region. He covers Financials and has specialised on European banks' regulatory framework with a strong focus on capital requirements. Further to research & content generation, the role entails product development and client support on BDVD for both terminal and data license functionalities. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Javier worked for over 4 years at KPMG, initially as auditor and later moving to FIG, gaining extensive knowledge on IAS 39/IFRS 9 standards. He holds a MSc in Industrial engineering and a Master in accounting.
