“She’s a powerful and unstoppable force and the world should take notice” (Teen Vogue, April 2018). In the past three years the model and writer, has become recognised globally for her activism, covering many of the world’s biggest magazines and receiving numerous media accolades. In 2020 not only was Munroe highlighted by British Vogue as one of the top 25 most influential Women in the country, but was also named among one of '100 Great Black Britons', alongside the likes of Steve McQueen, Edward Enninful and Bernardine Evaristo. Boasting a social media following of over half a million, she uses her influence to offer insight on feminism, race, gender & LGBTQ+ topics. Monroe has featured on a number of international news outlets, walked catwalks at both London and NYC Fashion weeks, and has fronted beauty campaigns for Uniqlo, Mulberry and Calvin Klein. She regularly consults FTSE 100 businesses on their Diversity & inclusion schemes and stands as a voice for the Black, trans and queer community. Munroe is renowned as the first transgender model in the UK for L’Oreal and was awarded an honorary doctorate for contributions campaigning for transgender rights in 2019.

Pamela is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Bloomberg. In this role, she leads the company’s global diversity and inclusion initiatives around the world whilst establishing strategic direction, goals, and accountability. Pamela is cited as one of the most visible and vocal thought leaders and advocates for diversity across the private sector and has more than 20 years’ experience in managing diversity across engineering, financial services, technology, and media. Pamela has worked at firms including Barclay’s, Bechtel Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Northern Trust and has been instrumental in firmly establishing ethnic diversity as an imperative across the City.
