He brings a wealth of experience gained through a career spanning almost 20 years in leading asset management companies. Prior to joining Invesco, Paul worked at Hermes Investment Management where he was a portfolio manager for over £9bn UK and global inflation linked bonds. He started his career at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership where his main responsibility was managing the global rates portfolios.

Wayne Parker

Portfolio Manager, ETFs & Indexed Strategies, EMEA

Wayne is a portfolio manager overseeing the management of fixed income UCITS authorised exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and Passive Indexed Strategies. He was the second portfolio manager hired within EMEA for the ETFs and Indexed Strategies team at Invesco. As an ETFs & Indexed Strategies Portfolio Manager, he manages the full range of Invesco Fixed Income ETFs offered within EMEA, as well as the range of separately managed account index-linked passive strategies and has been instrumental in expanding the Invesco Fixed Income ETF product offering within EMEA. Prior to joining Invesco, Wayne was an ETF Portfolio Manager and Trader at FinEx London from 2015 to 2017 in London, managing their full range of ETF products across multiple asset classes, including Fixed Income, Commodity and Equity. Prior to FinEx, he worked as a Commodity Portfolio Manager at FourWinds Capital Management LLP from 2011 to 2015 and Jefferies Bache Limited (formerly Bache Commodities Limited) from 2006 to 2011 managing funds and separately managing accounts tracking a range of second generation commodity indices and strategies. In his role at Jefferies Bache Limited he oversaw the creation and growth of the commodity asset management business in Europe. Wayne has also held roles at Thomson Reuters and HSBC Investment Management. Wayne earned a B. Business Science degree with honours in Finance and Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Hamid Asseffar

Hamid Asseffar is responsible for ETF distribution for UK Asset Managers and Digital Wealth at Invesco. He joined from Amundi and brings his ETF expertise and experience in raising capital, building strategic partnerships, designing and implementing distribution strategies in the UK market. Prior to Amundi, Hamid worked for Societe Generale Gestion in Paris and Credit Suisse in London. Hamid graduated from EDHEC Business School with Masters degree in Financial Economics and MSc in Risk and Investment Management. Hamid holds the CFA ESG certificate and is a member of the Society of Technical Analysts (STA).

Noel Hebert

Noel Hebert is global director of fixed income, currency and commodity strategy for Bloomberg Intelligence. He specializes in U.S. investment grade and high yield corporate credit strategy. Before joining Bloomberg, Noel was chief investment officer for Concannon Wealth Management, an adviser for high net worth clients. Before that, he held a variety of roles, including senior analyst for credit-related hedge funds at HSBC and Palisade Capital. He began his credit career at Moody's Investors Service, where he covered the technology and media sectors as a senior associate. Noel earned his bachelor’s of arts in mathematics from St. Anselm College and is a CFA charterholder.

Erik Oscar Rotander

Erik Rotander is managing Bloomberg's index sales and relationship management team in EMEA. He has 20 years experience of working with financial indices and index based investment solutions across asset classes and client types. Before joining Bloomberg he held various leadership roles on both the sell- and buyside. Erik earned his LLM from University of Uppsala and studied business and finance at University of British Columbia and KU Leuven and is a FRM and CAIA charterholder.
