Dahai Wang is the Head of Greater China at Bloomberg LP., the global business and financial information and news leader. Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Wang oversees the region’s strategy for Bloomberg's financial products including the Bloomberg Professional service, which connects decision makers to a dynamic network of information, people and ideas. He leads teams across offices in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan as well as Korea, that support the financial information needs of leading corporations, regional banks and the financial services industry. Mr. Wang has deep market knowledge and expertise of the region with his more than 20 years of institutional sales experience across Bank of China, Nomura, Barclays and Deutsche Bank where he held several leadership positions. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Head of Institutional Client Group, China at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong and prior to that, he was Managing Director and Head of China Financial Institution Distribution at Barclays Capital Asia. Mr. Wang received his Master of Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China where he majored in Finance and Banking.

Eric Liu

Eric rejoined HGI in 2019 as Head of Fixed Income responsible for HGI’s fixed income investment strategies and research capabilities. Prior to his departure in 2014, Eric was a fixed income portfolio manager. Eric has more than 14 years of fixed income investment management experience. Prior to his return to HGI, he worked at Manulife Asset Management in Hong Kong for 4 years as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Eric was responsible for RMB, HKD and USD bond portfolios. Prior to that, he held various fixed income trading positions at Citigroup and Standard Chartered. Eric holds a M.Sc in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer and Management Sciences from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.

Jean Saw

Jean is responsible for building-out Bloomberg’s Multi Asset Index franchise in Asia-Pacific, and works closely with management to develop Business Strategy, Strategic Partnerships & Index Product across the enterprise solutions franchise. The Team aspires to bring an innovative perspective on the traditional world of indexing, providing independent and unbiased indices that leverage trusted quantitative data & research. Before Jean’s most recent adventure in developing Asia Pacific’s Multi-Asset Index franchise, Jean led the development and management of Bloomberg’s Mainland China Enterprise Solutions franchise across its 3 offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.

Katherine Han

Katherine Han is the head of ESG research at Harvest Fund and spearheads the group’s ESG research and integration program under the CIO. She is responsible for establishing Harvest’s proprietary ESG framework and database for China market, conducting ESG investment research and issuing reports, supporting ESG strategy and product development, as well as managing Harvest’s stewardship program. She works closely with Harvest’s investment teams and clients to build responsible investment capacity and incorporate material ESG factors across asset classes. Katherine is the author of a number of high profile ESG research and case study reports, and recently led the project to successfully launch Harvest’s proprietary ESG scores on local and global financial platforms including WIND and Bloomberg EAP, as well as launched ESG indexes with index providers like CSI and WIND.

Timothy Tan

Senior Asia Fixed Income & Credit Strategist

Timothy has been in the fixed income and credit space since 1999 when he worked started the credit trading and derivative desk in UOB Asia in Singapore. Since then he has been involved Structured Products and EM at Standard Bank Asia, and headed the credit trading desk in Bayerische Landesbank. He was the credit strategist of Oasis Capital Management, and managed the proprietary fixed income and macro trading book in Yuanta Securities. He was also the Senior Strategist/PM for the start-up Global Credit Long/Short Macro hedge fund in One Tree Partners.
