Stephanie Flanders

Stephanie Flanders joined Bloomberg in October 2017 as Senior Executive Editor for Economics and head of Bloomberg Economics. In this new post she leads a combined group of more than 100 Bloomberg News economic reporters worldwide and 25 professional research economists.

Stephanie came to Bloomberg from J P Morgan Asset Management, where she had been Chief Market Strategist for the UK and Europe since 2013. Stephanie was Economics Editor for the BBC from 2008 to 2013, where her national and global economic analysis was broadcast around the world and widely respected. Prior to joining the BBC, Stephanie was a speechwriter and senior advisor to US Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers in the second Clinton Administration, where she was closely involved in the management of emerging market crises and other major economic issues from 1997 to 2001. She has also worked as an economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and London Business School.

She is an Honorary Fellow of Balliol College, Oxford and a Fellow of the Society of Professional Economics. In 2016 she was appointed to Chair the Royal Society of Arts' Inclusive Growth Commission, which delivered its final report in 2017.

William Bryant

William Bryant is the head of advisory at NorthPeak Advisory, a boutique advisory firm supporting asset managers integrate ESG into their investment processes and businesses. Prior to NorthPeak Will spent 15 years in the alternative investment space at the global consultant Albourne Partners. Will worked in Europe and the US supporting investors with their alternative asset allocation needs. Will co-led Albourne’s initiative to support investors integrating Responsible Investment into their alternative portfolios and assessing managers active in the Responsible Investment area. Will has had articles published in industry publications around the topic of ESG and data. Will has spoken at PRI, SBAI, AIMA and other events on the topic of ESG within the hedge fund space.

Will graduated from Durham University, UK with a degree in Geography. Will is a CFA charterholder.

Jeannine Daniel

Jeannine Daniel is Managing Director, Head of liquid and Illiquid Fund Investments at Cara Investment GmbH (“Cara”), a Private Investment Office which allocates across traditional and alternative assets including Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate. Jeannine joined Cara in 2017 from Amundi where she was Director, Head of Equity and Event Driven Strategies, responsible for sourcing, selecting and monitoring managers for their Alternative Investment division. In 2010 Jeannine joined Kedge Capital, the Family Office for the Bertarelli family as a Senior Hedge Fund advisor helping manage their $5bn Hedge Fund investment programme. In 2004 Jeannine joined Ivy Asset Management, a large U.S. based Fund of Hedge Fund to help coordinate its European Investments and at age 25 became the firm’s youngest AVP. Jeannine also spent time at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) and JP Morgan having previously graduated with a bachelor’s degree with honors in Finance at Royal Holloway, University of London. In addition, she has obtained the CAIA Charter. In 2015 Jeannine was awarded the Financial News 40 under 40 as part of the Rising Stars in the European Hedge Fund Industry.

Libbi Ross

Libbi Ross is responsible for Bloomberg Mandates in EMEA, a service connecting Bloomberg's network of alternative fund managers to allocators to assist in capital raising and manager research. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Libbi worked at RBS in Hedge Fund Markets Relationship Management and Hedge Fund Rates Sales. She initially started her career in Capital Introductions at Newedge (now Societe Generale). In her spare time, Libbi serves on the 100Women in Finance European FundWomen Conference committee and London Education committee organising events to spotlight diverse investment talent.

Emma Bentley

Emma leads Bloomberg’s Alternative Investment Mandates Platform, connecting alternative fund managers to investors seeking capital. She collaborates with U.S. and APAC family offices, fund of funds, foundations, endowments and various other institution investors to tailor their alternative investment searches and target appropriate fund managers. Emma also works across Bloomberg’s Private Equity and Hedge Fund platforms to connect funds to customized investor mandate searches. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Emma was an Account Executive at DealCloud, where she provided deal analysis, business development, and investor relations strategy to U.S. Private Equity clients. Previously, she was in major account sales at both Akamai Technologies and EverTrue. Emma holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Economics and Science in Society from Wesleyan University. She is an active member of 100 Women in Finance and Wesleyan’s Women in Business Society.
