Giuseppe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Prior to founding Legion Partners, Mr. Kiper worked for Shamrock Capital Advisors, the alternative investment vehicle of the Disney family where he served as Portfolio Manager of the Shamrock Activist Value Fund, a concentrated, long-only, activist fund with approximately $1 billion of assets under management.
