Bob Shea is the global business manager for Bloomberg’s compliance solution for the buy-side community. He joined the company in June 1994, and is based out of Bloomberg’s New York office. Over the 26 years with Bloomberg, Bob Shea has worked with numerous buy-side institutions to implement compliance solutions to mitigate investment & trading risks. The Compliance Manager (CMGR), Bloomberg’s compliance solution, is in production with over 900 clients globally and continues to be enhanced to keep up with ever changing regulatory requirements. Prior to Bloomberg, Bob Shea graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

Currently looking after the AIM clients in Eastern Europe and Ireland while acting as a compliance advocate across the EMEA region.

Anastasia develops and manages the Classification and Compliance modules of the Bloomberg's Portfolio & Order Management system. Prior to joining the Product team in New York in 2016, Anastasia was a trading systems Help Desk Compliance specialist in London. Anastasia holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and is a contributor to the Palgrave Studies in the History of Finance.
