Askbnef: the Asset Owner’s Path to Net-Zero Emissions

The Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance, convened by the UN, has 50 members and $6.6 trillion of assets under management with plans to transition their portfolio to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by mid-century. Their goal is obvious, but getting to it is not. Join BNEF's chief content officer Nat Bullard and head of global policy Victoria Cuming to discuss three areas that will be key to asset owners reaching net zero: fossil-fuel subsidies, carbon pricing and climate-risk disclosure. AskBNEF is our live conversation series on energy transition, global commodities, technology and innovation, and sustainable finance. Join us to learn about our latest work, and ask questions of BNEF experts.
