Rob Du Boff

Senior ESG Analyst

Rob Du Boff is a senior analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research. He is a also a product manager for Bloomberg's recently released ESG Governance Scores.

He joined BI from JUST Capital, a non-profit that ranks the largest U.S. public companies on ESG priorities. Previously, he worked for over a decade on Wall Street as an equity research analyst, most recently as a senior oil & gas analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. He also worked at Millennium Partners and Merrill Lynch covering energy, basic resources, and retail.

Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA in finance and accounting from NYU’s the Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Michael Zhang

Quantitative Analyst, Index and ESG

Bloomberg Intelligence

Michael is a quantitative researcher on Bloomberg Index and ESG Research team, with a focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) quantitative analytics. Prior to joining Bloomberg, he worked as a quantitative analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS). Michael is a CFA® charterholder.

Daria Efrim

ESG Data Specialist

Daria Efrim is an ESG Data Specialist at Bloomberg LP, where she works on developing Bloomberg's proprietary Governance Scores. Prior to joining Bloomberg, she was a Corporate Governance Research Analyst at Sustainalytics. She has previously worked with regulatory bodies on analyzing Corporate Governance reporting in the UK and has experience in proxy advisory and shareholder engagement.

Jenn Zhao

ESG Data Specialist

Jenn is an ESG Data Specialist in Bloomberg's NY office. She works on developing Bloomberg's proprietary Governance score by leveraging ESG data. Within data, her main focus is executive compensation, people data and other governance related data sets. Previously, she worked as a reporter at Bloomberg News, covering executive compensation and creating the Bloomberg PAY function.
