Tom Baldinger, Senior Data Specialist with Bloomberg's Classification Data Team, is an experienced professional focusing on product development & client interface. His key responsibilities include partnering with the sales and product teams to ensure the education, quality control, customer service and stakeholder management within the BICS & BCLASS classification business. Prior to joining Bloomberg L.P., Tom spent 8 years with CUSIP Global Services (CGS) as a Senior Product Manager maintaining the CGS Security Master Database as well as creating strategies on all licensing practices. He also spent 6 years as a Product Manager with S&P's Security Evaluations and was an Account Manager with Moody's Content & Licensing team. Tom is a co-chair with the ISITC Vendor Working Group and has presented multiple times at ISITC and the Bankers Depository User Group conferences. Tom holds a BA in Theater Arts from Wagner College. He also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Tom owns an independent film company called 624 Productions LLC and produces and directs movies found on Amazon Prime.

Christopher Geddis, CFA, is a classifications specialist at Bloomberg L.P. primarily focusing on the development and quality of the BCLASS and BICS classifications schemes. Chris has more than 20 years experience in equity and fixed income products including company financials, earnings estimates and corporate actions. Chris has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University and a MBA from Rider University.
