Choose to Challenge with Our Gender Equality Index

Bloomberg's Gender-Equality Index (GEI) tracks the performance of public companies committed to disclosing their efforts to support gender equality through policy development, representation and transparency. In celebration of International Women's Day all month, we're shining a spotlight on gender equality in the workplace by speaking with GEI companies and the many initiatives they've implemented.

We invite you to a special webinar on the Index where you can understand the GEI framework and discover opportunities for your organization to assess progress towards parity, benchmark against peers and highlight your commitment to gender equality.
