Fostering a Culture of Inclusion and Growth for Women

Women and underrepresented groups are at the receiving end of bias which can sometimes be unconscious. Research done by Catalyst found that in 2019, only 20% of executive committees in major financial services firms were represented by women, and that they were less likely to receive promotions and sponsors. In this session, organized by Bloomberg Women's Community and Bloomberg Women's Buy-Side Network, our panel will discuss the importance of inclusion and growth for women, and how organizations can take action to promote greater gender equality among businesses.
Bloomberg Women's Buy-Side Network (BWBN) Panelists Cassandra Crowe (BWBN Australia Chapter) - Vice President, T. Rowe Price Mark Konyn (BWBN Hong Kong Chapter) - Group Chief Investment Officer, AIA Lakshmi Iyer (BWBN India Chapter) - President, CIO and Head of Products, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Chunyen Liu (BWBN Singapore Chapter) - CIO, AIA Singapore
Moderated by Nitin Jaiswal - Head of Asia Pacific External Relations & Government Affairs, Bloomberg L.P.
