Edoardo Sirtori is Group Vice President and Global Head of Treasury, Legal Entities at STMicroelectronics based in Singapore. Prior to STMicroelectronics, Edoardo held positions in corporate banking, structured finance and treasury at Banca Commerciale Italiana (now Intesa Sanpaolo). He has a degree in Economics from Edinburgh University and a Master’s in Finance from City, University of London Business School. Edoardo is currently an Executive Committee member and Honorary Treasurer of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (Singapore).

He leads the team that covers topics in Quantitative Analytics and Treasury Services supporting clients in Singapore and across offices in the Asia-Pacific region. Kwan Eng wears both the hat of an audit support specialist and consultant, working actively with treasurers and finance team of major corporations to bridge the gap in hedge accounting topic. Her focus has been policy and regulatory development, advising senior management on related requirements and implementations. Vicky drove advocacy and public affairs programmes for various organizations including global corporates and financial institutions. During her time with an international law firm, Vicky led business development and thought leadership strategies for the Financial Services Regulatory and Dispute Resolution practices. She began her career with a Government providing policy analysis and communications.

Edmund Lee leads Bloomberg’s OTC Data Content Strategy for the Asia Pacific Region. He is responsible for data content underlying the benchmarks reform, transition activities, and spearheads these business initiatives by overseeing engagement with line of business executives, market participants, and regional regulatory bodies.

Before joining Bloomberg, Edmund worked in the financial sector across Singapore and Hong Kong for the last 30 years. He has held several positions in the interbank broker business and thereafter a number of roles over his 20 years in Bloomberg, primarily running financial solutions businesses in Asia Pacific. This involved originating key market development propositions and creating solutions for clients through working with the market participants and the financial community across the globe.
