Shantanu Jaiswal is head of India research at BloombergNEF and is based in New Delhi. He leads a team responsible for producing policy, economic, business and investment analysis in the power and transport industries. From primary data collection to producing long-term scenario analysis, he is also involved in bespoke consultancy projects in India and neighboring countries. Shantanu has worked in several energy sectors including wind, solar, coal, biofuels, energy storage and retail electricity. With over a decade’s experience in renewable energy and power markets, he regularly speaks at conferences and is often quoted in the media. Shantanu is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA in Power Management.

Atin Jain is fascinated by the vision of a future where zero-carbon energy technologies can cover all of our needs. Part of the global team of analysts at BloombergNEF, he is currently based in India, and tracks wind, retail power markets and long-term power sector scenarios based on proprietary modeling. Atin also co-ordinates BloombergNEF's Asia-Pacific Energy Economics research.
