Eddie Ishak

Head of UX

With a B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego, Eddie Ishak's career began as a software engineer at Microsoft who quickly found a desire to improve the usability of everyday products. A year later, he enrolled at Columbia University in New York City to earn his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science, where he designed everything from 3D augmented reality systems for archaeologists to novel UI interaction techniques for physicians. After a couple of stints at NYC start-ups doing UI design and development, Eddie finally found his niche in 2010 as an IX designer at Bloomberg LP joining a fast-growing UX department. Over the last decade, he has made significant contributions to the most widely used Terminal functions, including the charts and equities suite of applications. In 2012, he was tasked to lead a design team to evolve the Terminal and Launchpad platforms used by all applications. In 2019, he became the head of the UX department.

Tyler Davidson

Head of Product Design

Goldman Sachs Marquee

Tyler Davidson is a product design leader with a passion for delivering elegant and intuitive solutions to complex problems and domains. In his current role as Head of Product Design for the Marquee Platform, he works at the intersection of user experience design and product strategy, and is responsible for building and leading a global team of product designers working to redefine the digital experience for Goldman Sachs’s institutional client base. Prior to discovering his love for digital product design and development, Tyler worked as an architectural designer in New York City specializing in the healthcare sector, leading projects for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and New York Presbytyrian’s Center for Autism and the Developing Brain. Tyler holds a BA from Vassar College, and an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts.

Hugh Taggart

EMEA Head of Licensing & Redistribution

BLOOMBERG/ LONDON

Hugh is Bloomberg's EMEA Head of Licensing & Redistribution for Enterprise Data, meaning he helps find solutions for clients needing to share data with their customers. Previous roles he has held include managing editor for Dow Jones Newswires, senior VP of product and content for Saxo Bank, director of sales & marketing for RavenPack and managing director of international sales for Ned Davis Research. He has an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School.
