Trading Credit: the Evolution of Trading Protocols, From Algo’s to Portfolio Trading and the Next Big Trends

Credit markets have boomed in the last two years with nearly 50% of all investment grade credit now executed electronically. Previously determined by new regulation, this transition is now driven by the need for better pre- and post-trade information, the rise of algorithmic trading and new trading protocols embraced by e-traders.

Discussion points :
  • Pre Trade Tools: From price streams, Credit Algo's and automated market making in IG/HY Credit
  • Dealer Selection: How is smart dealer selection achieved and which tools are available
  • Bridging the gap between the ETF ecosystem and credit liquidity
  • Portfolio Trading: Evolution of PT, benefits and how it will continue to grow
  • What are the next big trends in the electronification of the Credit market
