Matthew leads EMEA Corporates Supply Chain and Data Strategy at Bloomberg in London. Matthew specializes in advising and working with clients on data strategy matters, focusing on supply chain management, sustainability and on incorporating external data into company operations. Prior to joining Bloomberg, he spent over 18 years as a quantitative portfolio manager at firms including Goldman Sachs and Citigroup in New York and London. More recently he headed data strategy for equities trading at Morgan Stanley in London. Matthew holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Dr. Jana Plananska is an expert in sustainability of critical raw material value chains, battery technology and electric & smart mobility. Jana obtained PhD at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland, analysing consumer adoption of electric vehicles. She then founded her own consulting company, Jana Plananska Mobility Solutions GmbH, providing advisory services to clients from the private and the public sectors on the topics ranging from electric mobility and battery technology, to smart, autonomous mobility and sustainable event and urban transport. Prior to that, Jana concluded Master’s Degree in International Development and Political Science at Sciences Po Paris and the University of St.Gallen. Jana has extensive experience in diplomacy, project management and with analytical work for clean transport and energy transitions. She has gained this experience through her engagement at institutions such as the University of Oxford, UNESCO, EU, and the World Bank, among others. Jana advises Norge Mining Limited on the role of company’s Critical Raw Materials within green and digital transition, battery technology and for food security. She also helps the company navigate the geopolitics, financial aspects and sustainability of Critical Raw Material value chains, focusing on the developments and relationships with EU and other government actors.
