Alison Fletcher is a Corporate Treasury Market Specialist at Bloomberg, New York. Alison holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Australian National University and a Masters of Science (Development Economics) from the University of London. Prior to Bloomberg, Alison worked for 15 years as a Corporate FX Risk Management Advisor in Sydney, London and most recently in Singapore. She has worked for global banks such as HSBC, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Commerzbank and Abn Amro/RBS. Alison has published articles in Global Treasurer News and Bloomberg Markets Magazine and has been a guest speaker at the ACT Singapore, ASEAN Risk, The Corporate Treasurer, ACI Philippines, FinanceAsia, CTCFO Indonesia, Windy City Summit, Eurofinance, Texpo and the Canadian National, Ottawa, American National, Philadelphia and Minnesota AFP’s.

Andrew Silverman is a senior analyst, focusing on tax policy and M&A, for Bloomberg Intelligence, a research platform that provides context on industries, companies, government, litigation, and the economy, available on the Bloomberg Terminal at BI. Mr. Silverman covers M&A, initial public offerings and U.S. federal income, and international, tax developments and their impact to U.S. and foreign companies. Before joining Bloomberg, Mr. Silverman worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP as an international tax advisor to U.S. multinational corporations and private investment funds. Mr. Silverman also served as vice president and counsel at AllianceBernstein and as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP. Mr. Silverman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
