She started her career within the sellside where she worked as an equities sales trader before moving into into the trading technology solutions space 10 years ago. She has held various leadership positions across Bloomberg's electronic trading franchise.

Pasquale Capasso

Pasquale Capasso is a member of Optiver’s Institutional Sales team, where he focuses on Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). He is responsible for expanding Optiver’s presence on RFQ platforms and exchanges, as well as driving off-platform business development with institutional counterparties across EMEA. Before joining Optiver in 2024, Pasquale spent nearly a decade at Invesco, most recently as Head of ETF Capital Markets for Southern Europe and Latin America, and led business development for hedge fund clients across EMEA. Earlier in his career, he held roles at MSCI, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas, covering exchange-traded products, risk analytics, and securitised derivatives. Pasquale holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University and is based in London.

Dermot Greally has over a decade of trading experience at Virtu Financial. Most of his time has been focused on ETF and FX trading. In Europe he lead Virtu's on exchange market making business for a number of years before moving over to focus on EMEA FX trading. In 2022 he moved to NY to help build up Virtu's International Equity ETF Block Business. He now co-heads the ETF team at Virtu.
