China's AI-chip buying is going local. Our survey of 60 China CIOs and CTOs shows executives expect domestic chips to win 46% of AI-accelerator budgets within 12 months, up from 30% today. The catch is supply: we'll show where the real bottleneck sits, it isn't where consensus looks, and how long it caps China's ramp.
