Enrique is responsible for the development of sustainable finance related solutions in Bloomberg's Enterprise Data division. He manages the entire product line life cycle, including designing; product development and go-to-market strategy. Enrique joined Bloomberg’s Global Data department in 2001, managing data teams in London, focusing on procurement and management of financial data. Enrique holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance at Universidad Complutense in Madrid.

Frances Shi is a Data Science Specialist at Bloomberg where she builds data science solutions to easily access and interpret Bloomberg and third party data that helps facilitate client conversations. Specializing in quantitative area, Frances joined Bloomberg in 2017, started as Liquidity Quant Analyst and later led the Quality Assurance team to automate the quality assurance process of Enterprise Data by leveraging big data platform and quantitative analysis. Prior to Bloomberg, Frances was an quantitative investment associate at Glovista Investments LLC where she supported portfolio managers in managing two global macro strategies. Frances has a B.A. in economics and a M.S. in finance and is a designated Chartered Financial Analyst.

Olivier Wibo, CFA, is a Sustainable Finance Solutions Product Manager at Bloomberg, responsible for the development and bringing to market the Bloomberg E&S Scores as well as supporting Sustainable Finance products and tools with a current focus on Temperature scores.
He has worked at Bloomberg since 1998 in a variety holding a number of positions there over the years across including leading a team of specialists (40 people) that successfully launched the Bloomberg Portfolio Analytics and Risk & Bloomberg indices across EMEA and APAC.
Olivier is a CFA charterholder, and holds a BS in Business Administration and Management, Finance from Louvain (Belgium). He is married with two children.
