As firms navigate fragmented equity markets, liquidity discovery remains critical in the marketplace. There are multiple tools at a buy-side trader's disposal- how and when are each deployed at an asset manager? How do brokers increase block trading and react to price movements? More importantly, how does each institution achieve best execution in today's trading environment?

Learn how some buyside firms execute large trades and evaluate their trading strategy post-trade. Furthermore, we discuss with a sellside broker on how they are adapting to the current market structure.

Discussion points:
  • Automation, Darkpools, and Block Trading
  • Data Quality in Indication of Interest (IOIs)
  • Market Surveillance and Price Reversion
  • Sellside Targeting and Tiering
