Patricia Or covers government and regulatory affairs in APAC at Bloomberg. In this role, she manages government relations and regulatory developments impacting Bloomberg and its clients in the APAC region. Before joining Bloomberg, Patricia was at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) where she formulated policies to strengthen Singapore's position as a wealth management hub, and subsequently moved to the capital markets division where she formulated market conduct and investor protection policies. She was also actively involved in the work of international standard-setting and regulatory bodies such as the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF). Patricia started her career in private banking, advising and managing financial assets of clients based in Indonesia and Greater China.

Hengli Zhang has more than 10 years of experience in derivative pricing and modelling. Prior to joining Bloomberg APAC in 2017, he spent six years in Chicago and New York as an equity quant and fixed income financial engineer.

He looks after the OTC derivatives coverage and integration into BTCA, and maintains the relationship with BVAL OTC valuation services team. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Matt spent 15 years as a fixed income sell-side trader with a focus on euro rates.
