Prior to joining Bloomberg Intelligence, he was a sell-side equity research analyst with BNP Paribas and Samsung Securities, covering Hong Kong and China property companies. Patrick started his career as a quantity surveyor and worked in real estate research with various institutions including JLL and Link REIT. Patrick has a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong. Patrick also has a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Kristy Hung

Kristy is the Bloomberg Intelligence Senior Analyst covering the real estate sector in Asia Pacific. Her current focus includes Chinese developers and Singapore REITs. Previously, she held positions in Bloomberg’s operation and data groups. Kristy earned her Master in Finance from the University of Cambridge and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Durham University.

Daniel Fan

Daniel joined Bloomberg Intelligence Credit Research in June 2019 to focus on China property credits. He was with JP Morgan's Asia Credit Research team since 2008 to cover Asian corporates, from Bear Stearns, where he covered high-yield and investment grade names across Asia. Prior to that, he worked for five years as a high-yield/distressed analyst at DebtTraders. He was on the buyside as an investment manager, managing a regional bond portfolio and assisting to manage a loan portfolio. Daniel learned his credit skills as a credit officer, covering financial institutions, at Security Asian Bank. Daniel holds a BSc degree in Finance and Management from University of South Florida. He is a member of Montana CPA and Hong Kong Securities Institute.

Andrew Chan

Andrew is a credit analyst at Bloomberg Intelligence covering China state-owned enterprises. Before joining Bloomberg, he was a Director at Fitch Ratings covering China corporates. Andrew started his career in taxation and auditing for two of the Big 4 international accounting firms. He then moved to equity research focusing on the regional energy and industrial sectors with HSBC, Daiwa and Mizuho. Andrew has a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and he obtained his AICPA license in 2003.

Karen Ho is the Bloomberg APAC Head of Buy-side Research & ESG Market & Product Specialist, based in Hong Kong. She drives Bloomberg's strategic partnerships with buy-side customers as a solutions architect, bringing market insights, data and solutions to improve their productivity and efficiency in their research and idea generation workflow. As an ESG expert, she also leads the APAC ESG market and product strategies, helping customers to implement their Sustainable Investing strategy using Bloomberg data, news, research and technology. Karen represents Bloomberg to participate multiple industry working groups. She currently represents Bloomberg to sit in the Centre for Green and Sustainable Finance Working Group, under the Green and Sustainable Finance Cross-Agency Steering Group in Hong Kong, and was part of the SFC's Climate Change Technical Expert Group in 2020. Karen has over 15 years of experiences in the financial services industry. Prior to her current role, Karen was the Senior Relationship Manager for the Buy-side customers, leveraging Bloomberg solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Ortis Fan is an analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research. His research focuses on integrating material ESG factors into investment analysis for different sectors, as well as using ESG Scores to evaluate companies’ exposures to ESG opportunities and risks. Prior to Bloomberg, Ortis worked as an Equity Research analyst at Goldman Sachs, Nomura and J.P. Morgan, and as an Auditor at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Ortis earned a Bachelor Degree in Professional Accounting and Information System from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).
