He interacts with clients and regulators, identifying key challenges and supporting the development of new data sets for ESG regulatory disclosure and new climate risk requirements. Murat has 18 years of risk management and compliance experience covering sell and buy side markets. Before joining Bloomberg, Murat worked as a Director at KPMG, advising clients in risk control, capital management, compliance and accounting topics.

She works with large buy-side clients in the UK to support them with Enterprise Data discovery , download, and integration with their internal systems. She also collaborates with the ESG product team to build Enterprise Data solutions which will help financial institutions with existing and future ESG data requirements.

Based in London, Zarina Nasib works in Sustainable Product Index team. The team is responsible for new product development within sustainability space including climate and ESG. Zarina joined Bloomberg in August 2023, previously she was leading FTSE Russell Sustainable Investment Fixed Income Indices. Prior to FTSE Russell, Zarina worked at LSEG in capital markets and post trade divisions focusing on fixed income, as well as working for a consulting firm Validus Risk Management specialising on creating market risk hedging strategies for institutional investors. She holds an Msc. From Imperial College London and undergraduate degree from Charles University in Prague and UCL.
