A Token Security or a Security Token?

The idea of Security Tokens took off in 2017 as a way to make ICO's compliant with the US security laws.  5 years on, the market for security tokens is tiny as the regulatory hurdles have been daunting along the way.  However, most of the hurdles have been vaulted and the STO ecosystem is poised to extend beyond just crowd funding to much larger institutional offerings that can now be fractionalized and globalized through tokenization.

Join Bloomberg and Securitize to discuss the tokenization of securities and the implications for Tradfi and Crypto financial ecosystems.
