Jigna Gibb

Jigna Gibb is Head of Commodities and Crypto Index Products at Bloomberg. In her role she is globally responsible for the Bloomberg Commodities (BCOM) index suite with over $100bn in AUM, as well as the roll out of new index launches. Prior to joining Bloomberg Mrs. Gibb was Head of Origination for the Quantitative Investment Solutions team at Deutsche Bank. There, her responsibilities included Portfolio, Cross Asset and FICC QIS product development, marketing, and origination to institutional investors globally. She has created and innovated risk premia and quantitative investment solutions at the bank since the platform’s inception in 2012 and worked in collaboration with the DB Quant Research team. From 2004, Mrs. Gibb worked at Barclays for eight years both in London and New York. In a structuring sales role, she was integral in developing the Commodities Investor Solutions business. Over her tenure at Barclays she delivered a diverse range of investment solutions such as index strategies, collateralised commodities obligations, structured products and fund solutions to institutional investors. Mrs. Gibb started her career at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Sales Analyst in the Securities division. Mrs. Gibb received her M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.

Simeon Hyman, CFA®

Simeon Hyman joined ProShares in 2013 as Head of Investment Strategy. He leads ProShares’ team of investment professionals engaged in portfolio analysis, product research and development, education and the delivery of investment strategies using the company’s ETFs. He and his team are also responsible for the development and publication of research, white papers and other content to present ProShares as a leader in the ETF industry.   Simeon earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 FINRA registrations and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mike McGlone

Mike McGlone is a senior commodity strategist for Bloomberg Intelligence, a unique research platform that provides context on industries, companies, and government policy, available on the Bloomberg Professional service at BI . Mr. McGlone specializes in the broad investible commodity markets, authoring the monthly Bloomberg Commodity Outlook. Mr. McGlone joined Bloomberg in 2016 with over 25 years of futures and commodity trading and investing experience, beginning at the Chicago Board of Trade. Prior to joining Bloomberg, he was a head of U.S. research at ETF Securities. Prior to ETF Securities, Mr. McGlone headed the commodity business at S&P Indices. His previous roles included head of futures research at ABN Amro and VP research, analyst, trader, sales at Aubrey G. Lanston IBJ Futures. Mr. McGlone has an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and bachelor’s of science and arts degrees from Illinois State University. He is a CFA Charter holder and has earned a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
