Jeffrey (Jeff) Doran has more than 30 years of experience as a meteorologist, helping organizations effectively incorporate and utilize weather analytics and insights in their planning decisions. Prior to joining Planalytics in 1999 Jeff served as a U.S. Air Force Captain and earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Meteorology from Penn State University. In his current role at Planalytics, Jeff helps clients in the Agriculture, Insurance, Financial and Retail sectors manage weather's impact on their business by identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share, reduce costs, and manage risk.

Hugh Bromley leads BloombergNEF research teams covering sustainable food and agriculture systems, land use, nature and biodiversity. Hugh has 15 years of experience helping companies, investors and policymakers navigate the energy and ecological transition. Hugh previously spearheaded consumer clean-tech research at BNEF, examining how new technologies such as alternative proteins, rooftop solar and electric vehicles can disrupt markets. Before that he led the firm's North America clean energy research, and earlier produced analysis on distributed energy, utility strategy and carbon markets within BNEF’s Australia research team. He holds an engineering degree from the University of New South Wales.

Brian Williams leads the Agricultural Risk Management Desk at Macquarie, providing commercial end-users, producers and the hedge fund community with specialized risk management strategies in the grains & oilseed sector. In his 24th year on the banking side of Wall Street, Brian utilizes long-term fundamentals alongside technically assisted trading strategies to project better price entry into markets. Brian’s footprint encompasses a large portion of the U.S. poultry industry as well as the ethanol industry, Fortune 500 food processors, and some prominent hedge funds. His career has spanned the likes of UBS, Prudential, and Jefferies, prior to joining Macquarie in the summer of 2015 as a Director of Macquarie Futures. Brian received his B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
