Prior to Swift, Tracy spent 15 yrs. in several senior roles across buyside firms and broker-dealers, including head of Non-agency Market Risk at Nomura Securities and Head of Risk at Pretium Partners.

Prior to working for Bloomberg Ben worked for Smith & Williamson, Grant Thornton and Commerzbank AG.
