Stéphane Ouellette
Founder and CEO
FRNT Financial
Stéphane Ouellette founded FRNT Financial in 2018 and has since led the firm as CEO. His focus is on developing the company’s institutional product suite, addressing the complexities of financial markets. Additionally, he holds director roles in various financial organizations, contributing to advancements in automated trading, pricing engines, and derivatives. Prior to FRNT, Stéphane was a Vice President at BMO Capital Markets. There, he specialized in cash equity sales trading and equity derivatives, managing trading services for clients worldwide and leading the hedge fund sales trading team. Stéphane has been involved with the Canadian Security Traders Association since 2016, holding positions like Chairman and Vice Chair. His work includes organizing industry events, representing traders to regulators, and providing insights on regulatory matters. Stéphane is a CFA Charterholder and holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Michael Briody

For over 12 years Michael has been a Foreign Exchange Market Specialist working with international investment banks and multinational corporations, assisting clients to understand FX market trends. Michael has taken on a specialty in cryptocurrencies to help clients navigate this new frontier. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Michael worked as a Senior Foreign Exchange Dealer with 20 years of FX trading experience in New York at U.S and International investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and BNP Paribas. Michael holds a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University and currently resides in Lattingtown, N.Y.
John Lagman

John Lagman is Bloomberg's APAC Crypto Lead. He joined Bloomberg at the end of June 2014, and works with the Sales teams to provide solutions to address the complex needs of the clients. This is done via direct one-on-one training or seminars on FX and introducing and explaining how Bloomberg applications can help make clients’ workflows more efficient. He also provides feedback internally on applications to develop in order to assess the clients’ needs.
John has 14+ years of experience as an FX Options Trader/Manager based in Singapore and was an FX Options Trainer for ACI Singapore and Malaysia. Previously, he also worked for 2+ years on the buyside as a FX/Rates/Credit Execution Trader & Strategist. He has a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University and a Masters in Economics from Brandeis University.
