Mike Bloomberg is an entrepreneur and three-term mayor of New York City whose innovations in business, government, and philanthropy have made him a pioneering leader on critical issues facing America and the world. He serves as the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Climate Ambition and Solutions, and as WHO Ambassador for Noncommunicable Diseases and Injuries. He also chairs the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Innovation Board, which provides strategic insights and recommendations on technology and innovation that help address national security priorities. Elected mayor just weeks after the attacks of September 11, 2001, Bloomberg led New York City’s resurgence. He spearheaded the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan, fought poverty with new programs that became national models, and turned around a failing school system. Bloomberg also reduced carbon emissions by 13 percent, increased New Yorkers’ life expectancy by three years, and – despite the Great Recession – led the city to record job growth. Bloomberg LP, the financial technology and media company he launched in 1981, revolutionized the investment industry and now employs some 21,000 people. His foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, works to improve lives through its core focus areas: Public Health, Education, the Environment, Government Innovation, the Arts, and the Greenwood Initiative, which aims to accelerate the pace of wealth accumulation in Black communities and address systemic underinvestment in them. Yuriy Butsa studied economics at the National University Kyiv Mohyla Academy where he obtained his bachelor's degree (2005) as well as at the Central-European University in Budapest where he received his master's degree in 2008. Having finished his studies at Kyiv Mohyla Academy, Mr. Butsa started to work at the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market. After his return from Hungary in 2008 he was appointed as the deputy head of the representative office of the Warsaw Stock Exchange where he was in charge of attracting capital for Ukrainian companies. In 2010, Yuriy Butsa joined the Coordination Center for Economic Reforms where he was involved in the elaboration of legislation aimed to reform the Ukrainian financial sector, in particular, improving corporate governance at joint-stock companies, introducing new instruments on the financial market as well as improving the operations of the banking sector and to improve the business climate. In 2015, Yuriy Butsa was appointed as a Commissioner in National Securities and Stock Market Commission. His area of responsibility included corporate governance and finance, implementation of EU capital markets directives in the Ukrainian legislation as well as the improvement of stock market instruments. On May 5, 2016, Yuriy Butsa was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Finance for European Integration, where his portfolio included IFI cooperation, state-owned banks management as well as public debt management. On July 26, 2018, Yuriy Butsa was appointed to the position of Government Commissioner for Public Debt Management. On June 19, 2019, Mr. Butsa was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Ukreximbank as a representative of the state. Yuriy Butsa had received the award in the category Most Impressive Funding Official in GlobalCapital Bond Awards in consecutive years in 2020 and 2021. On 13 July 2021, the NBU Council appointed Sergiy Nikolaychuk as Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine. He is now in charge of monetary policy and economic analysis, statistics and reporting, maintaining financial stability, European integration, and the methodology of nonbank financial institutions regulation. Sergiy Nikolaychuk worked with the NBU from 2004 to 2019, making his way from an economist to the director of Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis Department.From September 2019 to April 2020, he was the Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine. From April 2020 to July 2021, Sergiy worked as the head of macroeconomic research department at ICU Group. Sergiy Nikolaychuk is a research associate at Kyiv School of Economics and a professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2004, Sergiy graduated with distinction from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, receiving a master’s degree in economics. In 2008, at the same university, he presented his thesis titled Modelling the Transmission Mechanism of the Monetary Policy in Ukraine and was awarded his PhD in Economics.

Peter Cashion is a Chief Investment Officer and the Global Head of Climate Finance in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at the IFC. He leads the climate finance business that makes more than $2 billion in annual climate investments in the financial sector, and oversees an advisory services program that develops the capacity of regulators and clients to deliver on climate finance objectives. His unit is overseeing the implementation of the Paris Agreement across the FIG portfolio. He has over 25 years of experience at the IFC and has held a variety of senior positions in Washington and in the field, including the Global Equity Co-Head for FIG. He has over 10 years of capital markets and structured finance investing experience. Peter has an MBA from Queen's University in Canada and is a CFA Charterholder. Peter is based in Washington, DC with his 2 boys.

Dr. Hala H. Elsaid was sworn in as Egypt’s Minister of Planning and Economic Development on December 22, 2019. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform between February 2017 and December 2019. Dr. Elsaid who also serves as Chair of Egypt’s Sovereign Wealth Fund is a prominent Economist and Academic Figure, recognized as the Best Arab Minister by the Arab Government Excellence Award in November 2020. During her tenor, she led the implementation of the National Sustainable Development Strategy (Egypt Vision 2030) in partnership with bilateral and multilateral stakeholders, private sector and civil society in line with the UN Sustainable Development Strategy and the Africa 2063 Agenda. In 2021, Dr. Elsaid initiated the National Structural Reform Program with macro-sectoral reforms focusing on seven priority sectors that are labor intensive and have significant contribution in achieving economic growth and prosperity, supporting the transition to a green and circular economy. As Minister of Planning and Economic Development, she launched several programs for capacity building, gender inclusion and youth empowerment including the Women in Leadership Positions Program, the Leadership for Government Excellence Program and Rowad 2030 which aims to enable youth and support entrepreneurship and job creation. She encourages the effective monitoring and evaluation of all policies and initiatives taking place to promote sustainable development through the development of policy trackers linked to the Sustainable Development Goals and the adoption of the National Strategy for Development of Statistics, to ensure administrative decisions are evidence based. In addition, she launched several academic contributions that include a wide range of internationally acclaimed research papers, studies and reports on various economic topics, most notably studies on financial and banking reform, international finance, privatization and economic reform, including the first Financing Sustainable Development in Egypt report, the first of its kind FfD report as well as Egypt’s Human Development Report in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and a manual for Gender-Responsive Sustainable Development Planning.

Stephanie Flanders joined Bloomberg in October 2017 as Senior Executive Editor for Economics and head of Bloomberg Economics. In this new post she leads a combined group of more than 100 Bloomberg News economic reporters worldwide and 25 professional research economists. Stephanie came to Bloomberg from J P Morgan Asset Management, where she had been Chief Market Strategist for the UK and Europe since 2013. Stephanie was Economics Editor for the BBC from 2008 to 2013, where her national and global economic analysis was broadcast around the world and widely respected. Prior to joining the BBC, Stephanie was a speechwriter and senior advisor to US Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers in the second Clinton Administration, where she was closely involved in the management of emerging market crises and other major economic issues from 1997 to 2001. She has also worked as an economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and London Business School. She is an Honorary Fellow of Balliol College, Oxford and a Fellow of the Society of Professional Economics. In 2016 she was appointed to Chair the Royal Society of Arts' Inclusive Growth Commission, which delivered its final report in 2017.

Dr. Yasmine Fouad was appointed Minister of Environment of the Arab Republic of Egypt on 18 June 2018. She was previously Assistant Minister of Environment since 2014. Dr. Fouad holds MSc in Environmental Science and PhD in Political Science - Euro Mediterranean Studies. She has more than 20 years’ experience in Environment and International cooperation, working in Government, UN organizations, NGOs and Universities. As Minister of Environment, she leads a transformational change in environment sector in Egypt by creating more business oriented enabling environment, through 1) leading the processes of developing the Waste Management Law (202/2020), 2) leading the development and implementation of National Solid Waste Strategy; 3)developing waste to energy as new economic instrument; 4) participating in progressing the first governmental green bonds in Egypt and Middle East; 5) co-leading mainstreaming environmental sustainability aspects into national investment plans, as well as 6) improving Greater Cairo air quality and supporting construction of waste management infrastructure. Dr. Fouad’s work paved the way to the creation of environmental sensitive practices among current and future generations. She led designing, developing and launching several environmental initiatives that aim at raising awareness and ensuring youth involvement, such as the presidential initiative “Live Green” for three years (2020-2023). Dr. Fouad has clear milestones at the international level. She has played a crucial role in advancing the biodiversity Agenda, and leading the development of the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework, in her capacity as the President of the 14th Conference of the Parties of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP14) since November 2018. To this connection, she has initiated the Egyptian Initiative, - adopted at the CBD-COP14 in November 2018 – that aims at ensuring synergies among the three Rio Conventions (Climate Change, Biological Diversity and Desertification) - to ensure sufficient financial resources to tackle those related challenges. For Climate Change, she co-led the climate finance negotiation track during UNFCCC COP 24 (Katowice, Poland, December 2018), that resulted in developing the finance part of the Paris Agreement Work Programme successfully. In previous positions and assignments, she had supported 1) the Earth Institute in designing a Centre of Excellence for Adaptation to Climate Change; 2) AMCEN President in leading and managing the two climate change initiatives (African Adaptation Initiative (AAI) and African Renewable Energy Initiative (AREI)); 3) Nile Basin Discourse -a regional NGO- in supporting the impact of climate change on water resources in the Nile Basin. At the Academic level, she has been selected as a lead author to chapter four of the IPCC Special Report on “Climate Change, Desertification, Land Degradation, Sustainable Land Management, Food Security and Greenhouse Gas Fluxes in Terrestrial Ecosystems” in 2017.

Sonja’s research interests include multi-asset investment strategy, with a focus on emerging/frontier markets, capital flows and ESG investment. She authors the IIF’s Weekly Insight, which offers a concise perspective on global financial markets in the context of topical economic and political developments, and oversees the quarterly Global Debt Monitor, which looks across mature and emerging economies for debt-related vulnerabilities such as the rapid buildup in EM corporate debt levels. Sonja co-leads IIF policy work on sustainable finance and infrastructure investment, including advocacy and liaison efforts vis-à-vis the G20, the multilaterals and the international regulatory community. Sonja has spent over 20 years in banking and financial markets, most recently with Nomura International in London, where she was Chief Equity Strategist. Previously she was Head of East European Economics and Senior European Bond Analyst, also for Nomura. Earlier positions included stints as a U.S. economist and bank credit analyst in New York and Los Angeles. She has taught undergraduate microeconomics at U.C. Berkeley, and spent several years with the Berkeley-Stanford Program on Soviet International Behavior. Sonja’s work is widely cited in the financial press, including Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times; she is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has been a frequent commentator for financial television and radio in her strategist/analyst roles.

Ian Linnell has executive responsibility for all aspects of Fitch’s credit ratings business including analytical, commercial and operational activities. He reports to Paul Taylor, Fitch Group President and CEO. Mr. Linnell was previously Global Analytical Head for Fitch Ratings from 2012 to early 2017, where he oversaw ratings and research for all sectors including Corporate Finance, Financial Institutions, Structured Finance & Covered Bonds, Sovereigns, U.S. Public Finance and Global Infrastructure and Project Finance. Prior to becoming Global Analytical Head, Mr. Linnell was Global Head of Structured Finance & Covered Bonds. This group provides credit ratings and research on asset-backed securities, covered bonds, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and structured credit. Mr. Linnell has held numerous analytical roles at Fitch, including Head of EMEA Banks. He joined Fitch in 1998 as a regional director in Financial Institutions, with responsibility for rating, analyzing and developing company criteria for Scandinavia, Switzerland and major UK financial institutions. Prior to joining Fitch, Mr. Linnell spent five years as an analyst with Standard & Poor's. Earlier, he was an economist and a banking supervisor for the Bank of England. Mr. Linnell earned a BA in economics from Newcastle Upon Tyne University.

Dr. Mohamed Maait is currently serving as the Minister of Finance, Prior to his appointment as Minister, he held the position Vice Minister of Finance for Public Treasury Affairs & Head of the Economic Justice Unit. In addition he served as First Deputy Minister of Finance in 2015 and as a Deputy to the Minister of Finance forPension and Social Insurance during the period (2009 – 2013). In addition, he served as First Deputy Minister of Health & Population (2014 – 2015). Over his career of 33 years, he held many positions such as Vice Chairman of the Egyptian FinancialSupervisory Authority (2013-2015), Chairman of the Egyptian Governmental Actuarial Department (EGAD) at the Ministry of Finance (2010– 2013), Vice Chairman of the National Organization for Social Insurance (2011-2012), Senior Advisor to the Minister of Finance (2007-2009). He was also appointed as the Executive Director of the Egyptian Insurance Institute (2007). He also worked as a senior lecturer and has more than 30 years of teaching and researching experience at many universities in Egypt, Sudan, England and Scotland. He is also a member of many national and international committees and boards of directors. Dr. Maait holds a BSc degree in Insurance and Mathematics from Cairo University, Egypt (1984), an MPhil in Insurance from Cairo University, Egypt (1992), he also got a Diploma (1996), an MSc in Actuarial Science (1997), and a PhD degree in Actuarial Science from City University, London, UK (2003).

Dr. Mohieldin, is an economist with more than 30 years of experience in international finance and development. Currently, he serves as an Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund, representing 11 countries: Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, The Maldives, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. In February 2022, Dr. Mohieldin was appointed by the Egyptian Government as the Climate Action Champion at the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27), with aims at enhancing the communication between the Egyptian presidency of COP27 and businesses, the private sector and, international funding institutions working in climate change-related fields. Since February 2020, Dr. Mohieldin has been the United Nations Special Envoy on Financing the 2030 Development Agenda. He is the former Minister of Investment of Egypt from 2004-2010, and most recently, served as the World Bank Group Senior Vice President for the 2030 Development Agenda, United Nations Relations and Partnerships. His roles at the World Bank also included Managing Director, responsible for Human Development, Sustainable Development, Poverty Reduction and Economic Management, Finance and Private Sector Development, and the World Bank Institute; World Bank President's Special Envoy on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the Post-2015 Development Agenda (later, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Financing for Development; and Corporate Secretary and Executive Secretary to the Development Committee of the World Bank Group's Board of Governors. Dr. Mohieldin has also served on several Boards of Directors in the Central Bank of Egypt and the corporate sector. He was a member of the Commission on Growth and Development and selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2005. His professional experience extends into the academic arena as a Professor of Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University and as a Visiting Professor atseveral renowned Universities in Egypt, Korea, the UAE, the UK and the USA. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of Durham University Business School. He also holds leading positions in national, regional and international research centers and economic associations. Dr. Mohieldin holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom; a Master’s in Economics and Social Policy Analysis from the University of York, United Kingdom; a Diploma of Development Economics from the University of Warwick; and a B.Sc. in Economics from Cairo University. He also participated in high-level certification programmes at Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University. In 2018, the American University in Cairo conferred upon him the honorary degree of doctor of Humane Letters “in recognition of renowned attainments and achievements”. Furthermore, he has authored numerous publications and articles in leading journals in the fields of economics, finance and development in English and Arabic.

Dr. Patrick Njoroge is the ninth Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), and has been in office since June 19, 2015. He has overseen a significant overhaul of the banking system inKenya, including the launch of the first Kenya Banking Sector Charter. He also led the country in the launch of the new generation currency banknotes and coins, thus fulfilling a much-anticipated constitutional requirement. Dr. Njoroge has been keen on facilitating the growth of the Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (MSME) sector, which has been the engine of growth of the Kenyan economy. Dr. Njoroge joined CBK after a twenty-year career at the International Monetary Fund (IMF)in Washington, DC. Prior to his appointment as Governor, Dr. Njoroge was Advisor to theIMF Deputy Managing Director from December 2012, where his responsibilities included assisting in overseeing the IMF’s engagement with a large swath of IMF members. He also served as Deputy Division Chief in the IMF’s Finance Department (2006-2012), IMF’s Mission Chief for the Commonwealth of Dominica (2005-2006) and in other capacities since 1995. Prior to joining the IMF, Dr. Njoroge worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance (1993-1994) and as a Planning Officer at the Ministry of Planning (1985-1987). He holds a PhD degree in Economics from Yale University (1993), a Master of Arts degree in Economics (1985) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (1983) from the University of Nairobi. Dr. Njoroge’s professional and research interests lie in Macroeconomics, Economic Policy, International Finance, Development Economics, Econometrics and Monetary Policy. Dr. Njoroge began his second four-year term in June 2019. He was appointed to the UN TaskForce on Digital Financing by Secretary General Antonio Guterres in November 2018.

Ms. Rahman is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the New York office. She is PIMCO's head of sovereign credit on the emerging markets (EM) portfolio management team and responsible for ESG (environmental, social, and governance) integration across PIMCO's investment strategies. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2008, she spent five years at the International Monetary Fund as an emerging markets macroeconomist. Andrea is also responsible for the portfolio management of Global Emerging Market Equity and LatAm mandates. Andrea has worked in investments since 1997. Before being appointed Head of Emerging Market ESG, Andrea was Head of Emerging Markets equity research and before that Head of Global EM & LatAm Equities. Previously, he managed EAFE and Global Equity mandates with Emerging Market exposure. He also managed Pioneer Funds – Global Sustainable Equity, a SRI compliant strategy with a strong focus on corporate governance, for almost a decade. Vera Songwe is the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA). Upon her appointment, she became the first woman to lead the institution in its 60-year history. As Executive Secretary, Songwe’s reforms have focused on “ideas for a prosperous Africa”, and have brought to the fore critical issues of macroeconomic stability, development finance, private sector growth, poverty and inequality, the digital transformation, trade and competitiveness. She was listed as one of Africa’s 50 most powerful women by Forbes in 2020 and named as one of the ‘100 Most Influential Africans’ by Jeune Afrique in 2019. In 2017, New African Magazine listed her as one of the ‘100 Most Influential Africans’ and the FT named her one of the ’25 African to watch’ in 2015. Songwe is acknowledged for her long-standing track record of providing policy advice and her wealth of experience in delivering development results for Africa. She has written extensively on development and economic issues including on debt, infrastructure development, fiscal and governance issues. She is well published and contributes to the development debate across a broad spectrum of platforms including in the Financial Times. Prior to ECA, she held a number of senior leadership roles with the International Finance Corporation and World Bank.

Maxim Timchenko started his career in 1998 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advanced from the position of consultant to senior auditor in just four years. In 2002–2005, he worked as a senior manager at SCM. In this position, he supervised the work of SCM’s energy business until establishment of DTEK. In 1997, Maxim Timchenko graduated with honours from Donetsk State Academy of Management (Production Management). He continued his education at the University of Manchester, where he obtained a diploma with honours and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic and Social Studies. Born in Tanjung Karang, Lampung, Indonesia on August 26, 1962, Sri Mulyani Indrawati earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Indonesia (1986). She then continued her studies in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States and earned her Ph.D. in Economics (1992). As a specialist in public finance, fiscal policy and labor economics, she was chosen as the Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund from 2002 to 2004. In October 2004, she received her first cabinet appointment as Indonesia’s Minister of Development Planning. In December 2005, she started new post as the Minister of Finance. She was then appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the World Bank in June 2010. In July 2016, she came back to Indonesian public service as Minister of Finance. In February 2018, she was awarded as the “Best Minister in the World” at the World Government Summit in Dubai. On October 23, 2019, Sri Mulyani Indrawati was reappointed as Minister of Finance in the second term cabinet of President Joko Widodo.

Later on, he was responsible for the division covering financial instruments, infrastructure and public sector operations in Baltic States and Poland. He was appointed Director for lending operations in EU Neighbouring Countries in April 2022. Before joining the EIB, Lionel held various positions dealing with project and leveraged finance operations in the finance department of Veolia Water group and in the Telecom, Media & Technology practice of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank. H.E. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber is a member of the UAE Federal Cabinet, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the UAE’s special envoy for climate. In his role as Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Dr. Al Jaber oversees efforts to further expand the industrial development of the UAE, and in particular promote in country value, leveraging technology as a key enabler, as we enter the Fourth Industrial Age. The core mandate of the ministry is to increase industrial competitiveness and help drive economic growth industrial sectors, while embedding advanced technology at the center of the nation’s industrial base. In November 2020, H.E. Dr. Sultan was appointed as the UAE’s special envoy for climate, a role he previously served in from 2010 to 2016, while spearheading the UAE’s clean energy agenda at Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s pioneering renewable energy initiative. Dr. Al Jaber was appointed to the UAE cabinet in 2013, where he served as a Minister of State of the United Arab Emirates until July 2020. Combining extensive experience in both the public and private sector, he was responsible for overseeing, developing and enhancing strategic geopolitical, social and economic partnerships with several nations. He was also the focal point for a number of comprehensive strategic partnerships with a number of countries. Dr. Al Jaber serves as Group CEO and Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, where, since 2016, he has led a rapid and comprehensive transformation at the direction of the UAE leadership. At ADNOC, Dr. Al Jaber has initiated a program of increased efficiencies, strengthened the company’s overall performance and fostered a more commercial mindset. He has guided ADNOC through a number of strategic firsts, including entering the global capital markets for the first time, completing the first ever IPE of an ADNOC business (ADNOC Distribution) and attracting significant FDI from strategic and private equity investors to stimulate smart growth across ADNOC’s upstream, midstream and downstream value chain. In driving ADNOC’s 2030 strategy toward a more profitable upstream, more valuable downstream and more sustainable and economic gas supply, Dr Al Jaber has also led a digital transformation at the company. He has prioritized the adoption of breakthrough technologies including AI, Big Data and Blockchain to ensure ADNOC stays ahead of global energy demand and remains a key contributor to the UAE’s economy. Prior to taking on the leadership position at ADNOC, Dr. Al Jaber was the Chief Executive Officer of the Energy platform at Mubadala, the Abu Dhabi government’s strategic investment arm. In 2006, while at Mubadala, at the direction of the UAE leadership, he helped establish Masdar, and served seven years as its CEO, guiding its global contribution to clean technology and sustainable development. In December 2020, Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber was appointed as a board member to the Abu Dhabi Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs. Dr. Al Jaber is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, the World's first graduate-level, research based AI University. Dr. Al Jaber served as Chairman of the UAE National Media Council from 2015 to 2020, where he led an organizational and governance restructure, while guiding the media sector’s development as a responsive and responsible contributor to news and knowledge sharing in the digital and social media age. Dr. Al Jaber has previously served on the United Nations Secretary General’s High Level Group on Sustainable Energy for All. He has received various awards including the United Nations flagship award Champion of the Earth in 2012, given to outstanding visionaries and leaders in the fields of policy, science and entrepreneurship. In 2013 Dr. Al Jaber was appointed an honorary Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Alfred Kammer is the Director of the European Department at the International Monetary Fund since August 2020. In this capacity, he oversees the IMF’s work with Europe. Mr. Kammer was previously the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Managing Director, advising the Managing Director on strategic and operational issues and overseeing operations for the senior management team; Deputy Director of the Strategy, Policy and Review Department, overseeing the work on Fund strategy and surveillance policy; Deputy Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department, overseeing regional economic developments and financial sector issues; Director of the Office of Technical Assistance Management, advising management on technical assistance operations and overseeing fundraising and global partnerships for capacity building; and Advisor to the Deputy Managing Director. Mr. Kammer also served as resident representative of the IMF in Russia. Since joining the IMF, Mr. Kammer worked with countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and on a wide range of policy and strategic issues.
