Mr Leung Tak Lap holds dual leadership roles as Group Head of Advisory Sales as well as Head of Treasury & Markets, Hong Kong. He joined the bank in 2003.

Under his stewardship, the Treasury & Markets team in Hong Kong has grown to become an important proposition of DBS franchise across Asia. A veteran banker with over 30 years of experience, Mr Leung is also responsible for the Advisory Sales team which plays a strategic role in providing best-in-class financial solutions and market insights to our corporate clients.

Mr Leung started his career at Bankers Trust Company Hong Kong and spent nine years in Hong Kong and New York offices working across various functions including fixed income and derivatives sales, structured sales and debt origination. He later joined AIG-FP Hong Kong as derivatives marketer and subsequently Societe Generale Asia as Head of New Issues and Derivatives Marketing. He co-founded a venture capital company in 2000. Prior to joining DBS, he was the Head of Structured Credit Asia at Royal Bank of Scotland Hong Kong.

Mr Leung holds a MBA degree from Georgia State University.

Stephen Chiu

Stephen Chiu joined Bloomberg Intelligence's FICC team on June 3, 2019 and was promoted to Chief Asia FX and Rates Strategist in November 2021. Before joining Bloomberg, Stephen acquired FX/rates trading and research experience at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. (2010-2016), and furthered his FX research career at China Construction Bank (Asia) (2016-2019).

Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics (First Class Honours) from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Finance (Distinction) from Imperial College London. Stephen also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) membership in 2014.

Sudipto Lahiry

Head of Enterprise Sales, North ASEAN

Sudipto is the head of Bloomberg enterprise sales for North ASEAN and is responsible for the overall Bloomberg business in the region and client experience. Over the years, Sudipto has worked closely with regulatory bodies and central banks in the region on market wide initiatives around fixings, valuations, electronic trading and market development. Most recently he has been actively involved with IBOR transition and thought leadership around the unique challenges the changes pose in the context of regional benchmarks.

Prior to Bloomberg, Sudipto has worked with ICICI bank and ABN AMRO in rates and credit trading desks. Sudipto holds a degree in Physics and an MBA

ardha eswaran

Ardha is a Fixed Income Data Consultant for Asia Pacific. He joined Bloomberg in September 2020. Ardha collaborates with Sales and Product teams at Bloomberg in supporting clients achieve business outcome using Bloomberg Global Data coverage. He also participates in training for clients. Working closely with Sales teams, Ardha is involved in industry engagements for Fixed income market initiatives in some of the Asian markets.

Ardha has close to 15 years experience in Fixed Income and Interest Rates structuring, across leading banks including DBS Bank in Singapore. He has a Masters in Business Administration from FMS- University of Delhi, India and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engg
