George Overton is an ESG Market Specialist for Bloomberg in London. Before joining Bloomberg, George spent 6 years at the Bank of France working first as a researcher and later as a climate risk expert. In addition to his role as a member of various EIOPA and IAIS working groups, he was responsible for the implementation of the 2020-2021 climate stress test exercise carried out by French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority. Prior to joining the Bank of France, he worked as a Corporate Actions Analyst at Jackson National Asset Management.
