Ugo Egbunike is a Fixed Income Specialist on Jane Street’s Institutional Sales & Trading team. In this role, Ugo helps lead sales initiatives and partners with institutional clients to provide trading solutions and access to Jane Street’s differentiated liquidity. Previously, Ugo was a high yield cash trader on Jane Street’s fixed income desk where he supported high-yield ETF market making and portfolio trading. Prior to joining Jane Street, he spent 5 years as a Senior Vice President in Credit & ETF Trading at Millennium Advisors where he was an electronic market maker in investment grade corporate bonds in the technology, media, and telecom space, and he helped build out the firm’s ETF trading capabilities. He also spent 4 years at ETF.com as a Senior ETF Research Analyst and Director of Business Development, and earlier he started his career in ETFs as an International ETF market maker at Kellogg Capital. Ugo graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Economics. He is actively engaged in philanthropic efforts related to affordable housing, including partnerships with Supportive Housing Communities in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kimberly Russell is a Vice President and Market Structure Specialist in the Global ETF Capital Markets Group at State Street Global Advisors. She is responsible for market structure analysis, exchange-traded fund (ETF) advocacy, and business development with exchanges. She works closely with teams across State Street and market structure experts across fields to advocate for optimal market structure regulations and to educate on capital markets issues impacting ETF investors. Prior to joining State Street, Kimberly was a Director at Barclays Capital Inc., where she held various roles in the Equities division, including market structure analysis and business development for Barclays ATS. Kimberly started her career at Lehman Brothers in the Global Real Estate Group. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Cornell University. She is a member of the Security Traders Association's Market Structure Analyst Committee, Nasdaq's Institutional Traders Advisory Council (ITAC), Limit Up-Limit Down NMS Plan Advisory Committee, and National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP). She is a recipient of the Markets Media 2020 Women in Finance Excellence in Market Structure award.

Matt Laird is head of Institutional Cash Equity Trading at Fidelity Capital Markets® (FCM), the Fidelity Investments business that offers a wide array of execution services to meet the needs of our institutional asset managers, RIAs, hedge funds, and broker-dealers. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. In this role, Mr. Laird leads the Fidelity Institutional® Cash Equity trading team, which specializes in executing program trades, blocks trades, and corporate buybacks for both external and internal Fidelity clients. The Institutional Cash Equity trading team has a wealth of experience helping Fidelity clients manage impact and risk around a wide array of equity and ETF transactions. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Laird spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan working on the Global Program and Electronic Trading teams. Mr. Laird earned his bachelor of arts in history from Florida State University.
