Uncertainty in global gas markets is likely to stay high as we head into Summer 2023. Competition for LNG might increase in 2023 if China’s LNG demand rises from economic recovery. Europe will continue to need large LNG inflows to balance its gas market despite likely gas demand destruction. Nuclear generation levels in Japan and South Korea will be key to watch in 2023.

Join BloombergNEF's gas and LNG analysts from around the world for an up-to-date view on the outlook for gas market dynamics across Asia, Europe and the U.S. this summer.
