James is a Solutions Manager, based in London. He joined Schroders in 2021. Prior to Schroders, James was a Cross-Asset Structurer at Barclays CIB from 2016 to 2019, which involved researching, designing and developing quantitative investment strategies and solutions for institutional clients globally. He was an Equity Derivatives Exotics & Hybrids Trader at Barclays CIB from 2009 to 2016, which involved trading a book of light exotics, cross asset alternative risk premia strategies and fund linked derivatives.

Katharina Theobald

Based in London, Kat works in Product Development. She is responsible for working with clients to develop index solutions across all liquid asset classes. Kat joined Bloomberg in August 2016, as part of Bloomberg acquiring the Barclays index franchise. Prior to joining the index development team at Barclays, she worked in a structuring role and prior to that worked in a derivative sales capacity at Bear Stearns. Kat earned a BA in European business from the University of Portsmouth.

David Stringer

Based in London, David works in Index Distribution. He is responsible for developing and advising on index solutions for a range of clients across the UK and Ireland including asset managers, ETF providers, hedge funds and investment banks. David Joined Bloomberg in June 2020, previously he held positions in the Global Markets divisions of Citigroup, UBS and Deutsche Bank specialising in cross asset index products across a variety of derivative products. David earned a BA in economics and politics from the University of Sheffield.
