Mr Chang is the director at Government Bond Policy Division in Ministry of Economy and Finance. Mr Chang holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Rochester and also studied Master & Bachelor at the Seoul National University. In his career, he has been working across different divisions in Ministry of Economy and Finance, including Future Strategy division, Supply Chain Risk Management division and Economy Policy division. Previously, he also worked at Office of the President as Assistant Secretary for Job Creation and at the Asia Pacific Department in the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Kevin Kyoungtae Noh

Kevin is the Head of Fixed Income Strategy Team; managing cross-currency / cross-border fixed income dealing and sales business. He joined KB Securities 2018 to set up the business after his 15 years career of trading KTB as a Primary Dealer, investing multi-currency bonds, and institutional sales in Hong Kong at Hyundai Securities, GFI Securities, TFS Derivatives, and Kyobo Securities.

James Hullah

Previously, he served on AB's multi-asset portfolio-management team in New York and on the global equity team in London.

Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2018, Ilhwan have worked as a Structured Products Trader and a Swap Trader at SHIC, HMC, NH Securities Company and Woori Bank in Seoul, Korea. He began his financial career as an interest rates quant at Hana Bank in Seoul, Korea. Ilhwan graduated from Seoul National University with BSc/MSc in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering and he majored in Financial Engineering on Finance MBA in KAIST Business School, Seoul, Korea.
