Sue has over 30 year's experience as an investment professional and has led the European real estate equity franchise at Bloomberg Intelligence since 2016. From 2009 she had held Director positions at U.K. Brokers Seymour Pierce, Cantor Fitzgerald and Panmure Gordon as an analyst covering real estate and financial equities.
Sue spent 15 years in Asia gaining experience initially as a credit analyst with Royal Bank of Canada and subsequently as Chief Investment Officer for Capital House (Royal Bank of Scotland) covering Asian equities. She is a CFA charterholder.
Tolu Alamutu

Tolu Alamutu is a senior credit analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence. She specializes in European real estate issuers and emerging market banks (specifically CEEMEA, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa). Prior to joining Bloomberg Intelligence, Tolu was responsible for research coverage and trade idea generation in the emerging markets financials sector at Gramercy Ltd. She previously worked at Tellimer (formerly Exotix) covering CEEMEA financial institutions; and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading the CEEMEA Corporate Credit Research team and covering 50 banks across the region. Tolu holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and another B.Sc. in Biomedicine. She is a CFA Charterholder.
Sirine Bouzid

Sirine Bouzid is an equity research associate for Bloomberg Intelligence. She specializes in European real estate companies. Prior to joining Bloomberg Intelligence, Sirine worked as an equity data analyst in Bloomberg data team. She previously worked at Oddo BHF in the equity research team covering Pharmaceuticals. Sirine holds a B.Sc. in Finance and Data Analytics as well as a M.Sc. in Finance from Catolica Lisbon School of Economics.
