He started his career at Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, METI, in 1990. With his expertise in Energy Sector of Japan cultivated through the experience on being the Director of Commodity Market Office, Director of Energy Supply and Demand Policy Office, and Director of Electricity Infrastructure Division of Electricity and Gas Industry Department of Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, He took current position in 2020 to lead the development of energy derivatives in the region.

Kosuke Araki is General Manager of Market Operations (Market Planning) of Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. (TOCOM), the energy derivatives arm of Japan Exchange Group (JPX). He joined TOCOM in 2003 and has served in various roles in the exchange’s Research Institute, Global Business Development Department, Corporate Planning Department and Public Relations Department. Since 2013, he has been in charge of developing LNG derivatives market.

Tobias Davis, Head of LNG - Asia / Deputy Divisional Director - Singapore joined Tullett Prebon in 2016 to help oversee the physical and financial LNG broking desk in London. Moving to Singapore in early 2018 he manages and continues to develop the LNG business across Asia and the Middle East region. Tullett’s have established themselves as a market leader within the LNG broking arena, negotiating physical cargoes on behalf of clients across the globe, plus developing and actively broking a range LNG derivatives. Tobias also oversees Tullett’s Japanese Power and regional Carbon & Renewables business. Prior to joining Tullett’s Tobias headed a treasury sales desk for a European bank and previously brokered LNG and European gas at a US listed broker, including establishing the JKM swaps desk. Tobias holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics.

Fauziah Marzuki

Fauziah Marzuki is Head of BloombergNEF’s APAC Gas, Power & Carbon Research. She joined Bloomberg in 2018 and was previously with Petronas. She's held roles across the oil and gas sector spanning corporate strategy, LNG trading and business development in Asia, upstream oil commercial planning and operations in the Middle East, and lecturing/training. Fauziah shapes the BNEF Global Gas & LNG service which includes market outlooks, trade reports and strategic analysis of industry developments. She holds a Masters in Energy, Trade & Finance from Cass Business School in London, and a BSc. in Business Management from King's College London.
