Adam Lister is Bloomberg's Interest Rate Swap Product Manager for Electronic Trading in the Americas region. He has more than 20 years experience building out electronic market solutions on the sellside (NatWest) and with Bloomberg, in both London and New York. Extensive knowledge in the evolution of IRS trading/clearing resulting from the regulatory changes in US (Dodd Frank) and Europe (MiFID). Adam holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.

She holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Paula is an Economist and has more than 15 years of experience working in the financial markets. Currently serves as Senior Director, Head of Latam at CME Group where she is working since 2016. By leading international market development in Latin America, Paula is also responsible for the relationship with Banks, Asset managers, Fund managers and Brokers in Brazil. Prior to CME Group, Paula worked 5 years at B3 leading the relationship with foreign investors trading in Brazil. She was also the representative of B3 in the working committees of Latin American exchanges, FIAB. Paula holds a Master (MSc) in Economic Development by UNICAMP (2013) and a Bachelor from PUC-SP with a part degree from University of Copenhagen, Denmark (2011). In the academic area Paula was an invited lecturer for Derivatives Courses at FECAP Business School and is passionate about Environmental Economics. In 2019, Paula volunteered to bring the global organization 100Women in Finance to Brazil and since then she has been serving as Co-Chair of its main committee.

Rodrigo Cano

Rodrigo Cano is Operations Support Director at Banco de México and has 26 years of experience in various areas of the central bank. He is currently responsible for the planning and execution of the transition from the 28, 91 and 182 day TIIE to the Funding TIIE. Additionally, he is responsible for the Bank's Financial Programming, which serves as the basis for managing liquidity in the system, and for the determination and planning of the Bank's own Open Market Operations. He also directs the Back Office and Operating Systems areas of Banco de México.

Steven J. Dayon, CFA

Steven Dayon serves as Executive Director, Rates & OTC Products at CME Group.  He is responsible for prioritizing, designing and implementing the company’s over-the-counter Interest Rates Swap clearing initiatives.  Prior to assuming his current role, Dayon served as Executive Director, OTC Products, where he played a leading role in launching the company’s Interest Rate Swap clearing solution.  His background also includes serving as Product Manager – Director at Swapstream and Director, Business Development at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). Prior to joining CME Group in 2006, Dayon worked as Vice President, Electronic Market Making, at ABN AMRO Bank, where he was responsible for establishing an electronic market making desk to provide liquidity in CBOT Swap futures and Eurodollar bundles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Valparaiso University and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  He served as a member of the Alternative Reference Rate Committee’s Paced Transition Plan and Market Structure working groups.

Irving Silvestre

Irving has worked in the Financial Sector for more than 10 years. He is a Derivatives Market Specialist at Bloomberg and in charge of the internal implementation of the TIIE transition. Previously he worked as a Fixed Income and Variable Income Derivatives Trader at Santander after being part of the XVA Collateral Desk until July 2023. He has also worked as a Market Risk Specialist for two years at Banco Ve Por Más and almost another couple of years as a Central Counterparty Risk Analyst at the CCV (Central Securities Counterparty) which is part of the BMV (Bolsa Group). Mexican Securities). Irving has a Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the Anáhuac and Cantabria Universities, with a Diploma in Financial Derivatives from ITAM (Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico) and another Diploma in Stock Market Finance from ITESM (Tecnológico de Monterrey). He has a degree in Actuarial Studies from La Salle University, where he is currently a part-time professor of Financial Markets, Derivatives and Equity Markets.
