Diana Chrouch OBE is an entrepreneur who is Special Advisor to the All Parliamentary Group for Ethnic Minority Business Owners. She is also the national Chair for Ethnic Minority Business Policy for the Federation of Small Business. Diana is a keen advocate for improving access to finance for ethnic minority business owners and sits on UK Finance’s Small Business Advisory Panel which is the trade association for the UK’s banking industry. She also sits on the Business Banking Resolution Service’s SME Liaison Panel.

Ayo Gabriel is a CFA qualified financial services professional with experience in both Investment Management and leading international strategic sales initiatives across Europe. Currently, he is an Executive Director in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs, where he works as a Private Wealth Advisor covering ultra-high net worth clients across EMEA. In this role he functions as a ‘Chief Investment Officer’ for the individuals and families he looks after, providing advice and solutions to help them preserve, grow and transfer wealth appropriately. Prior to Goldman Sachs he worked for several years at Thomson Reuters, as a specialist in financial pricing and enterprise solutions, servicing large financial institutions across Northern Europe. He sits on several committees and councils focused on championing diversity initiatives. He has spent 15+ years mentoring in both structured and unstructured schemes and has a long standing passion for social mobility efforts and financial literacy education. Ayo has completed an MBA at London Business School and previously graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with an honours degree in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics. He was awarded the CFA Charterholder designation in 2017.
Ore Nzekwe
Strategy Consultant & Property Developer
Strategy consultant in Financial Services, with over 12 years experience in areas such as digital transformation, communications and engagement and project management. She is passionate about interior design and transparency in the home renovations space. Ore studied Modern History at Oxford. Ore and her husband purchased a rundown Victorian property in 2021, she never envisioned that documenting the renovation on social media would lead to growing a following of over 40,000 interior enthusiasts. On her Instagram account, @OreAtHome, Ore focuses on not only showcasing her home and it’s interior design but, more importantly, being extremely transparent about how much it costs to embark on a renovation, so as to help others on the journey. She is the creator of #spillthebill which is where she and other content creators give the monetary breakdowns of the items ‘behind the pretty pictures’ and is a firm believer in breaking down barriers to information that keep people from getting on the property ladder!

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Etienne held several roles in the private sector and served in the British Army as an officer, the latter prompting him to enter journalism. Etienne attended Queen Mary, University of London where he studied Physics, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for training in leadership and military affairs and holds a postgraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from City, University of London.
