Laura has extensive experiences in the financial industry especially in index and quantitative investments and capital markets. Prior to Premia Partners, Laura led the Index and Quantitative Investment team at ICBC Credit Suisse International and was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s index and quantitative investment business. Before that, Laura was the Head of ETF and Index Team at Mirae Asset Global Investments (HK). Earlier in her career, Laura has also gained extensive trading experience on Asian Equities, multi-asset derivatives and other exchange listed products from her previous roles with RBS and JPMorgan Chase Bank. Laura has an Honours BSc degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto, and a MS degree in Global Finance from New York University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was also a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle.

Xinyi Sun is ETF Portfolio Manager at Mirae Asset Global Investments based in Hong Kong. She is the lead portfolio manager of Global X Fixed Income Products. She gained extensive experience in ETF portfolio management and fixed income trading while she was in DWS and CICC Hong Kong Asset Management managing equity, fixed income and money market ETFs.

Vincent Wang is sales director, Ping An Bank Hong Kong Branch. He is leading offshore FICC sales business in Ping An bank, including RMB Bond, IRS as well as FX products. His expertise is on Asian fixed income market, rates derivates as well as bond index/ETF investment. Vincent joined Ping An in November 2017, at that time he was leading the fixed income ETF business development in the firm. Prior to joining Ping An, Vincent spent ten years in financial service industry, most recently as associate director of Asian Fixed Income research and development at Markit. Vincent holds a Master of Business Administration in Hong Kong University and a Master of Electricity Engineering in Beijing Jiao Tong University in Beijing, China respectively. He is CFA charter holder since 2012.

Benton is currently Vice President in Sales & Marketing at Bond Connect Company Limited. Being one of the facilitators of China crossborder flows, he leads the primary market initiatives through BCCL’s proprietary platform, ePrime, to offer expanded access and drive efficiency under the Bond Connect Scheme. Benton has over 10 years of experience in the financial technology space. Prior to joining BCCL, he was a Sales Director at the global information provider IHS Markit leading capital markets workflow and data solutions sales in Asia, to bring efficiency and critical information to the sell-side and the buy-side. Before that, Benton was a Relationship Manager at the financial data and analytics provider Dealogic, during which he partnered closely with investment banks in the APAC region to fuel their formulation of coverage strategy and benchmarking in the DCM, ECM, M&A and loans spaces. He holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance at San Jose State University.

Tracy Yeung

Tracy Yeung is an Assistant Vice President in Sales & Marketing at Bond Connect Company Limited. Based in Hong Kong, she conducts investor education activities to publicize the China bond market, manages international investor adoption across global jurisdictions and the overall relationship management. Specifically, she is responsible for coverage and network management on banks, private banks and family offices as well as access platforms and FX settlement banks on infrastructure front. Prior to joining BCCL in 2021, Tracy was an Assistant Vice President of Institutional Cash Sales & Client Management at Deutsche Bank AG, specialising in cash management and liquidity services provided for financial institutions in China and Hong Kong. Tracy holds a Bachelor Degree in Global Business and Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Timothy has been in the fixed income and credit space since 1999 when he worked started the credit trading and derivative desk in UOB Asia in Singapore. Since then he has been involved Structured Products and EM at Standard Bank Asia, and headed the credit trading desk in Bayerische Landesbank. He was the credit strategist of Oasis Capital Management, and managed the proprietary fixed income and macro trading book in Yuanta Securities. He was also the Senior Strategist/PM for the start-up Global Credit Long/Short Macro hedge fund in One Tree Partners.

Stephen Chiu joined Bloomberg Intelligence's FICC team on June 3, 2019 and was promoted to Chief Asia FX and Rates Strategist in November 2021. Before joining Bloomberg, Stephen acquired FX/rates trading and research experience at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. (2010-2016), and furthered his FX research career at China Construction Bank (Asia) (2016-2019).

Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics (First Class Honours) from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Finance (Distinction) from Imperial College London. Stephen also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) membership in 2014.
