As external factors like interest rates and liquidity dominate the real estate conversation, property fundamentals often take a backseat. This panel will take an in-depth look at the current forces driving supply and demand across a cross-section of REIT sectors. Speakers will discuss headwinds and tailwinds for both core and modern economic sectors; the impact of tenants’, customers’, and investors’ changing needs on supply and demand; how the digitization of our economy will continue to shape supply and demand fundamentals; and more.
