Cheryl Lopez-Collins serves as a Product Manager within the Bloomberg Fixed Income Securitized Products division. Cheryl has 20+ years in securitized product development, creation of proprietary analytics, and CMBS reverse engineering. Before joining Bloomberg, she held roles as a finance and research analyst at Redwood Trust, and developed innovative CMBS pricing analytics at Charter Research Corp. (later acquired by Standard & Poor's). Cheryl holds a BS degree concentrations in Finance and Economics from Babson College.

Steve Kuritz is a Senior Managing Director and Head of KBRA Analytics, the company’s subscription product platform for high-quality data and advanced analytics. Steve has over 25 years of commercial real estate, structured finance, and product experience. Prior to joining KBRA in 2013, Steve was a senior vice president at Morningstar, Inc., where he founded and managed their CMBS analytics and subscription service. Steve holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Penn State University and an MBA from LaSalle University.

Mike Brotschol is a Managing Director and Head of KBRA Credit Profile (KCP) at KBRA Analytics. He oversees analytics, research, and product initiatives for the KCP platform, and brings over 12 years of commercial real estate and structured finance experience to the role. Prior to joining KBRA, Mike was an associate at HTG Consultants, where he conducted appraisals and market and financial feasibility studies of senior housing and healthcare communities, as well as other CRE assets. Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Marc Iadonisi

Marc Iadonisi is a Managing Director and Head of Sales for KBRA Credit Profile (KCP) and KBRA Ratings Feed at KBRA Analytics. As a founding member of KCP, Marc is responsible for all aspects of sales and account management for both the KCP platform and the KBRA Ratings Feed. He brings over 25 years of CMBS analysis and sales experience from his positions held at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Realpoint, and Morningstar, before joining KBRA in 2013. Marc earned a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an M.B.A from St. Joseph's University.
